Comfort for sure.Location.Cost benefit.Air conditioned in both bedrooms and in the living room/pantry, more ceiling fan.Washing machine, clotheslines to dry the clothes, including in the garage.Very good refrigerator for drinks (duplex).Two bathrooms in the apartment.TV room, with balcony, smart TV, with everything working.WiFi Internet of great quality.Cabinets in the rooms.Capsule cafes, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto (very practical), we made even the milk of the children with the capsules.The safety of the condominium is very good, we are very quiet.And the service of the hostess and his friends was unique, better impossible.For a couple and three children, as in our case, it was perfect.
