Good location.Apartment serves very well for those who need to stay for a few days in Lavras and to prepare their meals, without having to go to the center or order.
There was a large infiltration in the front room that left the whole apartment with a strong smell of moisture.I believe a waterproofing in the window outside the building should help.Perhaps a way to improve air circulation when a period without guests, or prior to arrival, put grid in one of the windows so you can open the windows (kitchen or living room, for example).

The apartment is very comfortable, has several kitchen utensils and is located in a quiet environment.Raíssa was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay.
It could have better Wi-Fi signal.
